Charles H. Jones Memorial Scholarship Application

Charles H. Jones Memorial Scholarship--Student must be majoring in music, music education, or
elementary education. The scholarship is $500. Attach a separate letter of recommendation from a
school or community member. Also, answer "What musical or other performing arts experiences
have you had?" and “How could we improve Delaware City Schools?”
Completed applications (including resumes, letters of recommendation & additional responses) are due
April 1st (no exceptions!) to the Counseling Office. This application should be completed without the
assistance of family members, teachers, peers, etc. See your School Counselor with any questions.

pay during the last 4 years, number of years participated, and any special honors or award.
