 Constant – a value that does not change

Constant of proportionality – a constant ratio of two variables related to proportionality

Conversion factor – a number used to change one set of units to another, by multiplying or dividing

Ratio – a comparison of two quantities by division

 Equivalent ratios – ratios that name the same comparison

Percent – a ratio comparing a number to 100
