appear on your Works Consulted list for the research paper.
9. Q: Do the Webster, Penfield, & Walworth Public Libraries know about the WCSD
Summer Reading Program?
A: YES!! They have the book lists and have tried to obtain as many of the books on the list as
possible! The librarians are there to help you with book selection. They will NOT answer
specific questions about the program. You need to check the website or e-mail the summer
reading contact. The libraries will have a hard copy of the booklist and graphic
organizers/double-entry journals as references. You may use these hard copies to make your
own copies at the library.
10. Q: What if I can't find the book I want to read in the library?
A: This year, Thomas, Schroeder, Willink, and Spry librarians may have some summer hours.
These hours will vary due to construction, so check each school library's page for contact
information
You may also talk with the public librarians to see if there are other libraries in Monroe County
that have it. The book can then be shipped to your library upon request. If none of the libraries
carry your book selection, you can check Barnes & Noble, Borders Books, or the used
Bookstores in Ontario and Webster to purchase your selection. Your last choice would be to
pick another book! There are many great titles on both lists!
