Nancy Crawford Leadership Award

This annual Junior award, initiated at Convention 1993, in honor of Nancy Crawford,
GFWC Florida Director of Junior Clubs, recognizes leadership qualities in all volunteers.
Through her exemplary style of management, development and nurturing, she realized
everyone has the potential of being the best through volunteer work. This award
recognizes one outstanding Junior who has grown and developed as an individual, led
others, and helped nurture leadership qualities in others.
This award recipient is chosen from nominations sent by any junior club. They are
judged by the GFWC Florida Junior Leadership Chairman, GFWC Florida Vice Director
of Junior Clubs and a committee of GFWC Florida members and/or community leaders
selected by the GFWC Florida Junior Leadership Chairman. The recipient is announced
at Convention.
Nominees may not be a member of the Junior Planning Committee
