Materials
Students need to see an introductory presentation Fish and Seafood of
the various types of fish and seafood, get acquainted with them and
then, after becoming able to identify the various categories of fish
and/or seafood the Ss need to answer the questions that follow in
Worksheet 1. It is advisable that the teacher (T) supplies the students
with hard copies of the presentation for reference purposes. In
addition, the T needs to provide the Ss with the prepared Glossary and
the Flashcard illustrating the parts of the fish, as Ss might have
unknown words in the PPT, therefore the above would be essential.

exercise on worksheet 2 (ex. E).

Procedure
In pairs, Ss need to read the dialogue and fill in the empty spaces using
words and /or phrases from a box. Then the Ss need to put the
number of events in order as read in the dialogue from Worksheet 3
exercise a and exercise b. Then, the Ss are introduced to the degrees
of comparison and are asked to fill in exercise c from worksheet 3.

Ss are asked to write up in groups the instructions of a recipe and
present it to their classmates. In order to carry out the task it is
advisable that the T provides the Ss with cookery books and/or other
sources for inspiration.
