INSTRUCTIONS: MSW Program Competencies and Advanced Year Practice Behaviors are outlined in the left-hand column. Students, in consultation with
their field instructors, are to select activities that will help them reach these competencies. Students are also to describe how their learning and performance will
be evaluated. At the end of each academic term, students will be evaluated by the field instructor on their learning and performance.
