NOTE:1. Prices are firm & escalation free from the respective dates of Booking.
2. Company reserves the right to change the prices without notice. Prices ruling on the date of Booking shall be
applicable.
3. The above prices are exclusive of EDC/IDC. At present these charges are Rs. 35/- per Sq.Ft.. In case of any
other charges by any Govt. agencies in future, the shall be recovered on pro-rata basis.
4. 2% discount on installment amount (on BSP due amount only) shall be given from 2nd installment onwards if
installment is paid on or before due date. It will applicable on Construction link plan & Flexi Plan as defined
above & 18% interest P.A. charged on delayed payment.
5. Other charges like IFMS @ Rs. 12000/- for 100 Sqr Yds. & 15000/- for 150 Sqr. Yds. (Interest Free
Maintenance Security) etc. as indicated in the Buyer Agreement shall be paid as per the above plan.
6. The Payment due for construction linked plan & Flexi plan on the basis of present stage of construction shall
be paid within 60 days of booking and the balance shall be paid as per the above plan.
7. Registration, Stamp Duty & Other charges as applicable, would be payable by the allotte at the time of
execution of sale deed.
8. Any additional facility, if provided or charges applicable in future will be charged extra.
9. The above area are super built-up area which include covered plus proportionate share of common area
such a stair case, passage, community space, lift facilities, etc.
10. All buildings plans, layout, specifications etc. are tentative & subject to variation & modification as decided
by the company or competent authority sanctioning such plans.
11. Services Tax as applicable wil be charge extra.
12. PLC- Park Facing- 5%, Corner- 5%, above 9 mtr. Wide road- 5% if any two facings-7.5%, if all facing- 10%
13. Club charges of Rs. 40000/14. Extra Facility charged of Rs. 150000/- for only one Set (Floor + Villa)
15. The installment and installments listed here above shall become payable on demand irrespective of the
serial order in which they are listed.
