Microchip:
Nobivac Canine 1-DAPPv given at 8 weeks
Dewormed with Nemex 2 (Pyrantel pamoate) at 2, 4 and 6 weeks
Treated with Albon at 7 weeks
Revolution (selamectin) applied at 8 weeks to prevent fleas, heartworm, ear
mites sarcoptic mange and ticks.
Please Vaccinate at:
12 weeks vaccinate with 5 way
16 weeks vaccinate with 5 way
18-20 weeks vaccinate for Rabies with Merial Imrab
Some breeders have had very severe reactions including death when Norwich
Terriers are given Leptospirosis vaccine, please DO NOT GIVE IT. Also, we do not
recommend vaccinating for Lyme or Corona. Please do not vaccinate for Bordatella until
at least 6 months of age if at all. Bordatella is only recommended for dogs with
exposure to multiple dogs with unknown vaccination status. More information is
included in puppy document in your folder.
