Exploring website Square One talking about housing it ZEROTOTHREE videos should be included o Policy group – Focus on funding a position to continue RIA work o April 10th Resiliency Group Meeting HIGH ST PEDIATRICS PROJECT o Update (Lucy): ZEROTOTHREE videos have been purchased by Joni Beck Brewer Update since last meeting: Baystate clearance process complicated for who decides what videos are shown in waiting room o Must meet criteria for diversity: e.g. 4 different languages Lucy still encountering resistance to change o Some workers at reception desk like to put in videos that children request – Many like the Disney channel options o Eddy Murphy movie showing this morning??? o (Disney is not offered in multiple languages) Joan Lowbridge-Sisley update o Contacted marketing person at Baystate – no response yet. o Interpreter service can translate materials. Timeline not immediate. 1 person does interpreter work. 1 person does translating What are specific ways we can support Lucy/High St in getting this project approved? Discuss with person in Patient experience/satisfaction position – Deb Smith. (approves education) Could we do a voice over to address diversity issue? What is the average wait time? Support 2 hour Story Time in waiting room at designated days and times (volunteers read to children).
