HEALTH AND WELFARE
The stud dog owner has taken every care with the welfare of the stud dog. The stud
dog owner confirms that to the best of their knowledge the stud dog is both fertile and
in good health. The stud dog owner gives no warranties regarding the birth of any
puppies arising from the mating(s) covered by this contract.
The stud dog has undergone the following health tests to screen for the following
genetic conditions known in the breed:

September 2nd-5th, 2015 proven breeder – Artificial Insemination of dam for 3 days
At purchase of stud as a puppy, at 8 weeks thorough health evaluation
completed, 10 year warranty on hips.
Copies of the results for this stud dog are attached to this contract.
The stud dog owner confirms that they have seen all the bitch’s relevant health test
results. All results of examination by both parties of the bitch will be documented below.

CONSIDERATION OF STUD SERVICE
The bitch owner will pay the stud dog owner the sum of $1,500.00 in advance for the
stud service which took place/will take place on the following dates
________________________________through _________________________________. This date
may change based on the bitches heat schedule. The Veterinarian will confirm on
____________________________________ as to what point in her heat cycle she is and what
times are best for breeding.
The stud dog owner undertakes that they will sign and complete all Kennel Club
documentation to confirm the date of the mating in the event that a puppy or puppies
are produced by the mating and provide any other information regarding the mating
that the Kennel Club may require within seven days of a written request to do so.
In the event of the bitch not conceiving (which will be determined at the stud owners
Veterinarian at 30 days by ultrasound), the stud owner will refund the owner the stud
fees minus the costs associated with the veterinarian services and stud dog
performance.
