Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) nominal mix using 20mm
size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse
aggregate) ( consisting of nominal size metal 60% of
20mm, 15% of 13.20/12.50mm, 15% of 10mm and 10%
of 6mm) from approved quarry including cost and
conveyance of all materials like cement, fine
aggregate(sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site,
including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all
materials and including all charges for mixing, laying

Crack Filling:Carefully removing the existing plaster /
mortar / loose concrete, chasing the cracks & sealing the
separation cracks between R.C.C. and brickwork by
raking, open the crack by electrically operating groove
cutter as directed, insertion of 20 mm downgraded
aggregates by hammering as per the instructions of the
consultant, sealing ith polymer modified cementatious
mortar(25mm width x 25mm depth) as per the
specification of item polymer modified cementatious
mortar/concrete, application of chicken mesh ( 200mm
wide, 200mm overlapping length) along the crack by 'U'
nails spaced at 300 mm c/c, including necessary breaking
plaster, concrete, brickwork, washing with water, curing,
cleaning, disposal of debris, scaffolding etc. complete

Ceramic Tile Dadooing:Providing dadooing to walls with
glazed coloured tiles 1st quality of size with borders as
approved by Engineer-in-Charge set over base coat of
CM(1:5) 12 mm thick with cement slurry of honey like
consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and
jointing with white cement paste mixed with pigment of
matching shade to full depth, including cost of all
materials like tiles, cement, sand and water etc.,

Providing and Applying the Apex Weatherproof exterior
emulsion (water based 100% acrylic) or approved
equivalent grade paint to all type of cement plasters,
concrete, exterior ceiling etc . The surface to be painted
shall be made free from any loose paint, dust, greese
and any fungus, algae or moss on it shall got be removed
thoroughly by vigorous wire brushing and cleaning with
water. Then one coat of exterior grade wall primer be
applied after which any surface imperfection such as
holes, dents fine cracks shall be corrected with wall
putty. Thereafter second coat of exterior grade wall
primer be applied and again suface imperfection to be
corrected. There after Apex weatherproof exterior
emulsion paint to be applied in two coats . All materials
shall be of Asian/Nerolac Make. The color and pattern/
color combinataion of the paint shall be got approved
from Enginner-In-Charge. The stock of the quantity for
all materials as per manufacturers theoritical
consumption shall be made available at site befre
commencement of work. The rate shall include cost of
all materials, labor, scaffolding, ladders, charges, storing
and safeguarding the material etc all complete.
Brick masonry in 1:6 prop., for superstructure using
approved quality bricks as per specifications for walls of
thickness 230mm or more including watering,
scaffolding (if required) , racking out joints etc.,
complete

by
Engineer-incharge/Architect.
Providing and applying two coats of Fosroc Brush Bond –
RFX(Exterior Grade ) strictly as per manufacturer
specifications.
