ISyE Department - Six Sigma Application The ISyE Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate program complements the Industrial and Systems Engineering undergraduate degree by providing evidence of competence in this highly-employable discipline, analyzing and solving quality problems and executing quality improvement projects. The Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate will be issued to students who adequately complete a required 12-credit core of courses emphasizing the Six Sigma body of knowledge (ISyE 315, ISyE 512 (or ISyE 612), ISyE 515 (or ISyE 450) and ISyE 575) with a least a “B” grade in each and complete an industry project in ISyE 515 (or ISyE 450) following the Sig Sigma problem-solving methodology, and then apply for the certificate.
