PROCEDURE The decorated fir-tree is on the left side of the stage. There are some colourful boxes of presents near it. The paper fireplace is adorned with the holiday stockings. On the right side of the stage one can see a rocking chair and a plaid on it. On the walls there are many snowflakes, placards, slogans and so on. 11 -P.1 Good afternoon, dear guests! Today we are going to tell you about the happy holiday for many people in different countries. 11 -P.2 It is Christmas! It is celebrated on the 25th of December. On this day people wish each other to be healthy and wealthy. 11- P.1 Some days before Christmas people buy a fir-tree and decorate it with toys, balls, colourful lights and sweets. Since that time, Oslo annually presents Great Britain with the huge fir-tree. It has become a tradition.
