Bob Stutz Corporate Vice President, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Microsoft Corp. Bob Stutz brings more than 20 years of business applications development experience to Microsoft Corp. As corporate vice president of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, he is responsible for defining the long-term strategy and technology direction as well as the development and delivery of on-premises and cloud versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM worldwide. Before joining Microsoft, Stutz was senior vice president and general manager of Business Solutions at HP where he was responsible for business applications for the financial services, communications, airlines and healthcare industries as well as HP’s relationship with global partners such as Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. and CapGemini. Before HP, Stutz was with SAP, where he held several executive roles over five and a half years. Most recently, he was the executive vice president of SAP’s Mobile Products Division. During his tenure at SAP, he also led the Premier Customer Network organization and was executive vice president of Industry Solutions Business. Stutz was responsible for building SAP’s award-winning CRM 7.0 product. Before SAP, Stutz was group vice president of Engineering at Siebel Systems Inc. and responsible for both horizontal and vertical applications. Before Siebel, he held senior leadership positions with Intrepid Systems and Sybase Inc. Before this he had a 22-year distinguished career in the United States Army. Stutz is recognized globally as one of the leading experts on CRM. He holds a bachelor’s degree in government Eastern European studies from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in human resources, organization development, from Chapman University.
