Chapitre 5 Projet
Ma routine quotidienne
Students will create a movie that illustrates and describes their daily routines.
This project will focus on Chapter 5 vocabulary relating to one’s morning routine,
and what one does after school and in the evening, up until going to sleep. You will
narrate your movie entirely in French.
To describe your daily routine, use vocabulary from pages 158 – 159 (including
words that tell in what order things are done such as en premier, avant de, pendant
que, etc.) and pages 170-171 (including words such as tôt, après ça, etc.). You may
also include things that you do not do.
A good project will thoroughly describe your daily routine, and will incorporate a
wide variety of vocabulary. It will be well rehearsed, and narrated with good
pronunciation. A good project will also include interesting visuals.
**Challenge – A more challenging way to present your routine is to incorporate the
past tense in your narration. This is NOT a requirement, but if you would like to
complete the project in the past tense, you may.
Your project is due on ___________________________________.
The movie will serve as your speaking assessment for Chapter 5. You will be graded
in two categories – presentational communication (15 pts) and control of studied
structures (15 points).
