Select one of the package options on the next page. Email the completed & hand-signed form to Alien Technology Hungary at
ekomelkova@alientechnology.hu.One registration form per student is required. Seats are limited & available on a first come, first served
basis. Submission of your registration form is not confirmation of your enrollment. Please do not finalize travel arrangements until written
confirmation has been received.
To be able to confirm launching of RFID Academy registration forms should be received by Alien Technology Hungary 3 weeks prior to the
session. Full payment should be received within 3 days after written confirmation of enrollment. Transfer from the airport/railway station
to the recommended hotel, 2 lunches (during the two days of the course) and one dinner out are organized by Alien Technology
Hungary and included in the session fee. Cost of plane/railway tickets, hotel accomodation are not included into the course fee and
should be arranged by the Attendee. Class times are from 9:00 a.m. to approximately 6:00 p.m. each day. Reservation cancellations
received less than 5 business days prior to the first day of the session will incur a $500 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than
two business days prior to the scheduled session, or failure to attend or to notify of cancellation, will incur the full registration fee per
reserved seat. Cancellation terms are non-negotiable. This document reflects the entire agreement of the parties with respect to Alien RFID
Academy.

internal use only and no other purpose. No copying, distribution, license, resale or other transfer of the Training Materials, in whole or in part, is permitted
without Alien’s prior written consent. Alien Products and Training Materials are PROVIDED “AS IS” AND ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS,
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARANTEES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
OR NON-INFRINGMENT ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE HELD TO BE LEGALLY INVALID.
In no event shall Alien's maximum aggregate liability relating to this document and/or Alien Academy exceed the amount paid by Customer hereunder.
Customer agrees to release, waive, discharge and covenants on behalf of itself, and those claiming through it, not to sue Alien and its invitees, and its and
their respective officers, agents and employees (“Releasees”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, suits, demands, fines, penalties, liens,
judgments, expenses (including, without limitation, court costs and attorneys and consulting fees) and liabilities (collectively “Claims”) directly or indirectly
arising out of the death or injury to any person or damage to property, whether caused by Releases negligence or otherwise. Additionally, Customer shall
indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Releases from and against any and all Claims directly or indirectly arising out of the death or injury to any person
or damage to property, caused by or in any manner connected with or arising out of any negligent act, error or omission or willful misconduct by Customer.
Customer expressly agrees that the foregoing release, waiver and indemnity is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of Hungary
and that if any portion is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full force and effect. This Agreement shall be governed
by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, regardless of any choice of law provisions.
