Situation
Experience
I have an ongoing passion for helping building owners create structures which are resource efficient, safe,
comfortable, healthy and durable. Constant questioning, research and study help me learn better ways to
profitably produce services and outcomes that satisfy customers and build lasting relationships. I invest much
personal time in product and process research because I love the process of creating and improving places
that enrich people’s lives.
My twenty plus years of construction management, military, building science, consulting and sales experience
across multiple industries helps spur creative, value added solutions to tough challenges. This experience
includes successful project management covering a wide variety of products and services including energy
efficiency consulting, commercial energy audits, sustainable custom modular and site-built homes, disaster
mitigation consulting, solar energy solutions, HERS ratings, green program certifications, performance
contracting and incentives/financing options. I am very effective in building relationships with senior
management, contracting agents, building owners, architects, engineers, trade contractors, suppliers, code
officials and other internal and external customers. My value engineering experience allows critical prioritization
of specifications, products and processes to achieve maximum value on high performance projects. The real
world experience I have gained in design, construction, inspection and quality assurance maximizes translation
of design intent to exceptional finished product.
After years of successful experience in several fields, the high-performance construction industry is my
passion and where I will invest the rest of my long, productive career. My goal is to work for and be loyal to a
growing company that constantly strives to improve processes, systems and people. I will do whatever is
necessary to assume a role with an ever increasing amount of responsibility.
