Our wedding packages have been carefully compiled by our experienced
wedding team to offer great variety to suit all tastes. We have based these
packages on our most popular guest lists of 150 and 200 guests, should your
guests list be below these numbers we will certainly tailor a package to suit
your requirements.

At the Amber Springs Hotel and Health Spa we have a number of beautiful
locations for your Civil Ceremony. Whether your wish to say ‘I Do’ in our secret
gazebo or prefer a more traditional set up our wedding team will arm you
with the necessary information on registering your intent to marry and

Deposits
A date may be provisionally held for up to fourteen days, after which a signed
contract and deposit of €1000 is required. The date may be released without further
obligation if not confirmed within this time frame.
Payment
Deposits must be paid in person to the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to cancel
any third
party bookings or bookings made under false pretences.
Any deposits paid to the hotel are non-refundable as per the deposit schedule due
date
The following deposit schedule and cancellation polices apply:
25% paid 9 months from wedding date
50% paid 6 months from wedding date
75% paid 3 months from wedding date
90% paid 1 week prior to wedding date
Bar Exemption
A bar exemption can be applied for at a cost of €300. This extends the drinking time
by one
hour. All entertainment must cease by 2.00am. After such time residents can be
served in Notes bar. The residents bar is strictly for residents only and closing time is at
the discretion of the Manager on Duty.
Future Bookings
Weddings booked for 2016 and 2017 are subject to a 5% increase on current prices.
Numbers
Should numbers fall below minimum set out in packages a room hire charge of €300
is applicable. Final numbers are to be confirmed 72 hours in advance. This is the
amount of guests that you will be charged for. The Seating Plan must be submitted
no later than 48 hours in advance and should be presented in a typed format.
Corkage
Corkage can be arranged at a rate of €5 per bottle of wine and €8 per bottle of
champagne.
No food or beverages, with the exception of a Wedding Cake, may be brought into
the premises under any circumstances.
Children
We request that children are supervised at all times and vacate public areas by
10pm. A babysitting service is available through reception and must be booked on
week prior to arrival.
Suppliers
The Hotel bears no responsibility for any accidents caused by or to any suppliers
whose services are retained by the couple for their wedding or for any defects in
goods or services provided by any suppliers. Suppliers not in conjunction with the
hotels inclusive packages will require a separate deposit.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation all monies paid as outlined in the payment schedule are
non refundable. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any function without
obligation or liability.
Promotional Material
Photography from the wedding may be used in future to promote the hotel on its
Website, Facebook and Twitter pages.
Damage
The Hotel will not be held responsible for any loss or damage pertaining to property
brought into the hotel by the couple for their wedding. Any damage caused to
hotel property will be the responsibility of the Bride & Groom.
Guest Accommodation
Complimentary accommodation for you in the Bridal Suite has been booked for the
night of your wedding, along with two additional complimentary Executive Rooms.
In addition to the above complimentary rooms, the Hotel has provisionally block
booked 18 bedrooms for the night of your wedding based on the reduced rate in
accordance to the date you have secured for your wedding. Our reservations
team will be in contact with you to confirm these rooms shortly.
The discounted bedroom rates are only applicable to the 18 rooms blocked. Any
rooms outside of this will be at our Best Available Rate at the time those rooms are
booked. Our Best Available Rate is subject to change at all times.
The wedding rate is secured once deposit is paid.
If the wedding is cancelled, the wedding cancellation policy applies to the 18 rooms
also.
When confirming rooms, our reservations department will require the following
information:
Credit/debit card details for each guest room within 1 week of room being
allocated a guest name
Each individual reservation will be charged the 10% booking deposit at time of
confirmation
Guest mobile phone number & landline if possible
Guest email address to email booking confirmation
Any unallocated bedrooms will be automatically released 6 weeks prior to your
wedding by our reservations team.
NB: Please make sure you inform your guests that have been allocated a bedroom
on your block of rooms to phone us with card details as the Bride & Groom are fully
responsible for ALL rooms until card details have been given to confirm them and to
avoid duplicate reservations being made.
Individual reservation cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival. Reservations
cancelled after this time will be charged at 50% of the quoted accommodation
charge. A no-show will be charged 100%.
