Aims:
 The LPO helps you plan for your final project in Self-Learning.
 The LPO helps you know that your goals are clear to you before you start your project.
Answer the following questions to plan for your Self-Learning project.
1-What is your Self-Learning project? Write what you will need to do to complete the project.
My project is a medical dictionary . I need medical terminology in the alphabet order with their meanings also I need
pictures with these words to put them in the dictionary .

Your role: I work with a partner . My role is to search about medical terminology from A – to – M with their
meanings and pictures to put them in our dictionary and design my pages .

My partner role is to search about medical terminology from N – to – Z with their meanings and pictures to put
them in our dictionary and design her pages .

I think two weeks are enough .
Week 10: we will search for the medical words and design the pages .
Week 11: we will review the project and print it .
Week 12: We will present our project to our classmates.

6-What resources will you need to create your project?
We need oxford dictionary , medical websites , Photoshop and Microsoft word .
7-How will you organize your time to finish your project in a timely manner?
In each day , I will take one hour for the self learning project to finish it on the due time .
8-How will your project be useful to other people? For example, perhaps your project is useful as a learning tool,
inspiring to organizations in society, helpful in raising awareness about a topic, enjoyable for children, etc .
I think my project is useful for medical students and people who work in the medical field .
The medical dictionary will be helpful for them also for the ordinary people . They can learn some medical words to
use them in the hospitals and clinics
9-How will you measure the fulfillment of your objectives? For example, you might measure the fulfillment of your
objectives by obtaining feedback from others, following the assessment rubric, getting high marks, through self-evaluation, etc.
I may measure the fulfillment of my objectives by obtaining feedback from others , getting high marks and When I
feel satisfied about my performance .
