 Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
 Twenty-two (23) years aviation engineering experience;
Conceptual design and analysis of aircraft structure repairs
from cracks and corrosion on numerous make and model
airplanes.
Design, structural substantiation, and FAA
coordination of interior modification STCs for various aircraft.
Cargo conversion STC design, substantiation, and FAA
coordination. Development of process specifications for
airplane modification centers.
 Five years machine design experience; Designed, analyzed,
and tested off-highway heavy mobile equipment.
This
involved hydraulic and electrical systems, mechanical power
optimization, and structures.

 Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
 Sixteen years experience in daily business activities including
Banking, Human Resources, Billing, Collections, Customer
Relations and Accounting.
 Four years experience in mechanical design and

Design to establishing time standards for the manufacturing
process, as well as bid preparation and costing. Development

and testing, including the development of test plans and

 Eight years experience in material and process development;
including the development of process specifications and design
standards; the development of tests for determining material
properties in use conditions.

 One year experience as a Maintenance Planner for a FAR 121
aircarrier operating Boeing 737 and Boeing 717. Scheduling of
daily maintenance workload. Planning of repetitive inspection
items and one time maintenance tasks.
