Board Diploma Examinations in the schemes of C-00, C-05, C-08, C- 09 & ER-91 Pharmacy-Regular, Supplementary for backlog examinations, Oct/Nov-2012 was notified by the Secretary State board of Technical Education, Hyderabad inviting applications from eligible candidates of C-00, C-05, C-08 and C-09 Schemes & ER-91 Pharmacy to appear for the Regular/Supplementary and backlog examination of Oct/Nov-2012 i.e. Commencing from 30-10-2012 for the courses as mentioned below. Important Note to candidates : : 1. It is informed that the candidates appearing for Regular/Backlog subjects have to approach any HLC (Polytechnic) or AP Online centre with recent passport size photo for obtaining hall ticket. The HLC/AP Online operator will collect the Examination fee and generate the hall ticket by uploading the photo and handover the printout of the hall ticket to the candidate. For this service, HLC/AP Online operator will collect Rs.15/- along with the examination fee prescribed from the candidate. The candidate has to obtain the signature on the hall ticket from the concerned Head of Section/Principal before appearing for the examination. 2. Candidates who possess 75% of attendance only will be permitted to appear for the Regular Examination and if any candidate does not put in the required percentage of attendance he/she should not be permitted to appear for the examination. However the Principals are empowered to condone the shortage of attendance up to 10% based on Medical Grounds only, after collecting the necessary amount of penalty from the candidates. Acceptance of examination fee does not provide any right to the candidate to demand for allowing him to write the Examination. . 3. Detailed time – table of examinations shall be communicated by Last week of September, 2012. 4. Examination fee must be paid by cash through AP Online centre/ HLC (Instructions are enclosed) for all Backlog subjects & Regular Subjects. 5. Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. 6. A student who is not eligible to sit for examination either due to shortage of attendance or other reason, shall forfeit the examination Fee paid. Instruction to the Diploma Examination (Regular & Backlog) fee payment through Online 1. The candidate can pay the Examination fee from any of the AP Online, MeeSeva Centres or from HLC (Polytechnic). 2. It is the responsibility of the candidate to pay the examination fee in time. 3. The candidate has to approach any of the said centres along with the passport size photograph for generating the hall ticket immediately. 4. The operator at the Polytechnic has to collect the prescribed fee from the candidate then print and handover the hall ticket to the candidate. 5. Single hall ticket will be generated for any number of subjects, any of the Year/Semesters. 6. For certain candidates appearing for backlog subjects, their photos may be available in the database. If the photos are not available the scanned image of the photo is to be uploaded, however its validity is subject to approval from concerned Principal/Head of Section before conduct of examination. 7. The Polytechnics can verify the fee paid candidate particulars from the same website under Reports 8. The candidate can pay the Examination Fee in APOnline Centre, HLC, MeeSeva Centres or through Debit/Credit Card by visiting online portal www.esevaonline.com and register in the site and add the service <Diploma Examination Fee Payment> and enter the PIN and select the Semester/Year of examinations for which the candidate wants to appear stepwise process of registration & hall ticket generation will be prompt / guided for the benefit of candidate for payment of fee and generate the hall ticket. Before this the candidate should have the scanned image of his passport size photo for uploading. Instructions to HLCs: 1. For Diploma Examination hall ticket generation use the URL: sbtetap-examfee.nic in Each Polytechnic is provided with a user-id and password and Principal’s can obtain this information from Principal login page of POLYLOGIN portal. 2. For each hall ticket generated in the HLC (Polytechnic) the institution will be paid Rs. 15/-. from the collected amount the Principal can deduct Rs. 15/- for each transaction and the remaining amount is to be deposited in SBTET online account. Principals are requested to generate the hall ticket immediately after collecting the fee along with the filing charge of Rs. 15/- i.e. If the examination fee is Rs. 450/-, the operator has to collect Rs. 450+15= Rs. 465/-. The system will display the same. The amount collected from the candidate as fee is to be deposited in a separate account and transfer the fee amount excluding filing fee into SBTET account at the end of the week. Don’t deposit direct cash, every transaction must be through bank only, which makes the reconciliation easy. 4. If the hall ticket is not generated in the scheduled date, the fee is to be paid with fine or Tatkal. 5.
