Two
4:30 - 5:30. Location: PH 358
Planning on going to a post-baccalaureate program
in the health professions? Students planning on
study at medical, veterinary, pharmacy, PT, PA,
Chiropractic, dental and other schools will more
than likely be invited to have an interview. This
workshop will overview the basic/typical interview
processes, review interview decorum and
professionalism, help you anticipate and prepare
for questions and suggest follow-up
strategies. This is the first in a series of two
workshops designed to ready you for the selection
interview. Please note: It is important to have at
least a draft of your resume completed by this
workshop. To attend you must register on
eRecruiting as space is limited. Go to:
http://salisbury.experience.com/er/security/login.j
sp You can also call Career services to enroll (410543-6075).

Henson Dean’s Conference Room
4:30 - 5:30. Location: PH 358
In this session we will review your prepared
answers to your personal goals, motivation and
experiences for entering a medical careers
professional graduate school (Worksheet #1
distributed in the previous workshop). Given a list
of typical questions you will be prepared to answer
some of these interview questions. Your answers
will be shared with small groups to facilitate skill
development in the interview setting.
Please note that as a follow-up to this workshop it
is recommended that you schedule an individual
mock interview. We can also video tape your mock
interviews to further facilitate personal insight.
