Name of horse and exhibitor, rider MUST be included on entry form.
Judging will commence at 8.00 am sharp. Classes will not be held up for any reason.
In line with the South West Group of Affiliated Agricultural Society’s resolution, all competitors and
exhibitors must pay at entrance gate.
All horses in each section must be registered with their respective Breed Societies.
ALL Stallions must display green stallion disks to complete or entry will be refused.
Partbreds are not permitted to enter Purebred or Stud Book Classes.
Copies of Certificates of Registration must be sent with entries or entries will not be accepted.
All exhibitors should be financial members of their respective Breed Societies. Copiesof membership
to be sent with entries.
Breeding Year to be calculated from August 1st of each year.
Society may change order of judging at their discretion.
Exhibitors entered in more than one section must elect in which class they will compete.
PROTESTS:
Must be lodged in writing within 10 minutes of the completion of the event
accompanied by a fee of $50 which will be refunded if the protest is upheld.
Society’s Sash will be awarded for – SUPREME, CHAMPIONS and RESERVE CHAMPIONS in each
Breed section.

Entry Fee: $10.00 per horse per class
Prize Money: First $12.00, Second $8.00, Third $6.00.
Please Note: Any Breed with less than five (5) entries may have classes reduced at next year’s Show.
