Accounting Coordinator – Full Time – Royal Oak

Sequris Group is seeking additional expertise to add to our growing team. We are adding a fulltime Accounting Coordinator. The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for bookkeeping and
back office functions. This role ensures our clients are receiving timely, accurate information and
have a pleasant experience working with us while receiving security expertise at the speed of
business. Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player looking to excel in an
organization with opportunity for growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Daily account payable and accounts receivable
 Collections
 Invoicing
 Internal procurement
 Assist with end-of-month close
 Shipping, receiving, and inventory control
 Phone Coverage
 Coordination of employee and company events
 General administrative support (PTO tracking, new hire credentials, etc.)
 Special projects for leadership team
Position Requirements:
 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience
 High attention to detail
 Ability to multi-task
 Effective verbal and written communication skills
 Excellent organization and time management skills
 Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
 Positive, helpful attitude
Experience and Education Requirements:
 Requires bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field, or pursing such degree
 Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
 Proven track record of exemplary client service
Leadership: Reports to the Controller
Work schedule: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm in our Royal Oak office
