She completed her Post-Doctoral research fellowship from The University of Nottingham, United Kingdom recently in Neuroscience. She has over 16 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Biochemistry and Neuroscience. She is author of a number of publications in National and International scientific journals listed at PubMed and Scopus with Impact factor. Expertise in studying the biological significance of drugs and newly synthesized compounds. Expertise in using bioassay techniques, analysis of biogenic amines and amino acids with highperformance liquid chromatography with Electro chemical (HPLC-EC) and Ultraviolet (UV) detection. Skills in data management using SPSS and Graph pad Prism, analysis and presentations. Working with animals in OXYMAX CLAMS (Comprehensive Laboratory Animal Monitoring System) to assess the energy metabolism (in terms of Energy consumption, Respiratory exchange ratio and ambulatory activity of mice in a metabolic cage).
