Mock Interviews/Senior Portfolios: I am very concerned about
the lack of students scheduling their Mock Interviews and
Portfolio Presentations. It is important for students and parents
to remember that the Senior Portfolio Presentations are a
graduation requirement for our school and if not done, the
student will not graduate even if they have meet all credit
requirements. The Mock Interviews are being held March 24th
and Portfolios are April 20-23 & 27-30. Contact Ms. Wickline

Caps and Gowns: Seniors may order their Cap and Gowns! Please
contact Ms. Wickline or Ms. Toohey for measuring. Orders are due
by April 2, 2015. Delta Charter will be purchasing the cap and
gowns this year, unless you want to keep yours. If you choose to
keep your cap and gown the cost will be $20.00. If you want to
purchase your cap and gown please see Jolene Hughes in the

Dress Code: With warmer weather coming on please keep the dress
code in mind.
Spanish Students: Please contact Sra. Bauer if you need any help or
have questions or concerns regarding the PowerSpeak
coursework. This semester the assignments are tied to a calendar to
help students pace through the course. Assignments not
completed by a “due date” will register as “past due” and will
calculate as a zero in the grade to date score, but as soon as the
student completes the assignment(s), the score adjusts. Please note
that whether or not a student is making full use of the assignment
calendar, all manually graded Spanish work must be completed by
May 22, 2015, for it to be scored. If you do not have a microphone
for submitting the speaking assignments, you may phone them in
and leave a voicemail recording of the assignment. Be sure to
include your name and the assignment title and/or description. You
can reach Sra. Bauer at nbauer@njes.org or (209) 830-6363
