And, to make it more profound, we will learn directly from some influential OD practitioners in the field. In this program you will get a chance to take an experiential look at conscious “Use of Self” to increase your power and influence with Edie Seashore and her two colleagues Anita Bhasin and Wendy Fraser. The Triple Impact Practitioners Program being offered in Seattle starting in March 2012. The program focuses on Eight Principles that support mastery of OD: Conscious Use of Self, Learning from Differences, The Power of Support Systems, Dialogic and Systemic Feedback, Win/Win Infinite Power Dynamics, Sound and Current Data, Systems Thinking and Empowering Self & Others. The program provides a forum in which you can learn, practice and apply skills in a cohort setting. It provides practical tools that you can immediately apply to any group or organizational setting. Organization development tools and methodologies are powerful technology for creating and managing organizational change available. Edith Whitfield Seashore is a psychologist and seasoned change management professional who has worked both internally and externally in all kinds of organizations. She is well known and published in the field. Edie, who herself was one of the early mentees of Douglas McGregor, has been consulting for over 40 years and has been an important shaper of organization development, as we know it today. She served as the President of NTL Institute (National Training Laboratory in Group Development) and has been on the faculties of several universities including Johns Hopkins, Georgetown, McGill, and American University. She is the co-author of “What Did You Say? The Art of Giving and Receiving Feedback”; as well as "Breaking Sex Role Stereotypes: Power Collusion, Intimacy/Sexuality, Support." She is also co-editor of “The Promise of Diversity” and recently, “Triple Impact Coaching” among other publications. Anita Bhasin, MSc, MSOD brings over two decades of international, organizational, and high tech experience with clients ranging from The Nature Conservancy to Microsoft. Her passion is helping clients forge new ground through collaboration by optimizing the capability of people. Anita has contributed to the development of global talent management programs, as well as the design and facilitation of development workshops for leaders at all levels. Anita holds advance degrees in Organization Development and Marketing, and serves as a Certified Action Learning Coach for Worldwide Institute of Action Learning. Wendy Fraser, PhD excels at understanding team dynamics and the developmental needs of leaders and people working inside organizations. She has over twenty years of organization development experience and has consulted with public, private, and non-profit organizations throughout the United States and internationally. Wendy earned her doctorate studying trust repair in groups and holds three masters degrees. She is graduate faculty with Saint Martin’s University and Brandman University and also teaches with the University of Washington-Tacoma’s Professional Development Program.
