Non-Academic Unit Assessment:
Plans and Reports
Each unit’s assessment plans and reports will be entered into the program’s workspace in
TaskStream. Accounts will be established as requested for staff to access the workspace.

1. Mission Statement
2. Outcomes Library: Generally, 3-6
objectives and 3-6 outcomes for each
objective

4. Communication of Outcomes
What this means
1. Communicates the primary purpose of the
unit and is aligned with the university’s
mission and strategic priorities
2. The unit’s primary objectives and
measurable outcomes. How the unit will
know that it is achieving its mission
3. The specific activities designed to achieve
each outcome
4. A statement describing how stakeholders
are made aware of the unit’s objectives and
outcomes
