I lead my front-end design/development team with a project to migrate from the
internal proprietary CMS system, to Sitefinity. I researched and tested a variety of
CMS solutions (Adobe CQ5, Sitecore, etc.) while working with vendors before
purchasing our CMS replacement.
Worked with vendors to meet very aggressive deadlines.
Worked with Marketing to conceptualize new ideas for online promotions, along
with collaborating to clarify design direction and strategy.
Worked with agency partners to ensure quality and consistency.
Hired/managed/mentored a team of 4 designers and 1 developer.
Hands-on UI/UX page design/coding, writing/editing copy, presentation materials,
navigation, mobile design, wire-frames.
Created a departmental ticket system to help better manage project requests, and
