At the end of summer semester there is a multiplechoice test. language of instruction English Characteristic of the course: The main claim of this new one-semester course is to introduce Erasmus students with positive Labour Law in the Czech Republic. The course is focused on the essential legal institutes of the Czech Labour Law, starting with the general concepts, sources of Labour Law, continuing with the methods of termination of the contract of employment and ending with the collective bargaining.
