Hugh Rundle has pulled out as MC since meeting.

Costs:
Venue costs are $935
Gifts for speakers - $300
Wavesound are sponsoring the catering – they are keen to push Zinio & Bolinda and
promote these resources to those who don’t use libraries
Willam Angliss providing all AV requirements
Discussion on what to charge. Agreement on $100 with the view of using profits for
October seminar and possibly doing something to mark 10 years of LibMark.

2. Recruiting members for LibMark
Would a change in frequency and length of meetings encourage regional members?
Put together some marketing material for showbag at May seminar. Include short survey –
do people know what Libmark is, what we do? Include a preamble of what we are about,
include past seminar’s. Promote via Facebook
