Mary Carol Todd, MSN, RN
Senior Vice President, Clinical Efficiency
Mary Carol has over 25 years of healthcare management
experience. She is currently the Senior Vice President of Clinical
Efficiency for Catholic Healthcare West (CHW), located in San
Francisco, California. In this role, Mary Carol has responsibility for
Medical Management development at all CHW acute care hospitals.
Her responsibilities include Case Management, Utilization
Management, clinical resource utilization and cost reduction,
clinical documentation, monitoring, consulting and continuing
education for physicians, case management, social workers and
other clinicians.
Mary Carol's past experience includes regional direction for Care
Management and Quality for the six CHW hospitals in the
Sacramento service area. She has more than 15 years of experience
as a Nurse Administrator and Manager in addition to nearly 10 years
of management and direction for Case Management, Clinical Social Work, Quality Management,
Infection Control, Safety and JCAHO Coordination. Mary Carol is a Certified Case Management
Administrator.
