Cherokee County Tennis Association recognizes the importance of community involvement and tries to
support local school tennis programs. We will do our best to support your organization with a
reasonable donation provided it meets our giving guidelines. If donation is for a specific event, please submit your
request at least 6 weeks prior to your event date. Early requests are appreciated to help us plan our giving.

Prize Pack - includes small USTA giveaway items that may include t-shirts, over grip, frisbees, key chains, etc.
Large Prize - typically used for a raffle or silent auction at fundraising events

Note that due to the large number of requests we receive, we cannot accommodate everyone that support our mission and
priorities. First time requests and events that incorporate the 10 and Under Tennis play format receive priority. Donation
recipients must agree to acknowledge support from CCTA at their event or facility and submit a short recap of either the
event or how the money was used including season results if a school with photos upon event completion.
