Matix Fertilisers And Chemicals Limited (MFCL), invites quotation for hiring of various vehicles on long terms / short terms basis. Interested Service
providers can submit their quotation in the format given below for various requirements. The contractual terms and conditions are also detailed below.

Payment Term:
Within 15 days from the days of submission of bills. The bill needs to be submitted on or before 7th of the subsequent month to the administration
department of MFCL. TDS will be deducted as applicable from the bill.
Service Tax as applicable shall be extra .
Other Terms & Conditions:
 All vehicles for short terms should not be more than two years old
 All Vehicles for long term engagements will be brand new vehicles
 The vehicle must have all valid documents related to RTO rules and the driver should have valid required driving license
 For 24 hours engagement, two separate drivers to be engaged for duty.
 The Fixed monthly amount payable shall be adjusted based on upward/ downward change in Diesel price. Rate shall be revised on overall change in
Diesel price by Rs. 2.
 All Drivers should be neat and clean and with Uniform with proper verification documents from appropriate authorities.
 The vehicle will be relieved for 02 days of a month for maintenance work with permission obtained from MFCL. Additional cost for engagement of
vehicle on maintenance days will be calculated as:
Rate per Day = Monthly Contract Amount/Total number of days in a month
The KM for additional days will not be added to the KM run on regular days.
 Log sheet will be properly maintained on daily basis with opening and closing KM. The log should be signed by user and approved by administration
department.
 In case of breakdown /maintenance /service, transporter will be required to provide a similar alternate vehicle immediately. In case the service
provider is unable to provide a suitable vehicle mutually decided penalty shall be applicable and will be deducted from the bills.
 Termination – Contract can be terminated by either party on one month’s notice
 Renewal of Contract - Renewal of contract only on good performance and company’s requirement. Decision of company binding.

MFCL will reserve the right to deduct penalty amount from monthly bill in case there is delay in reporting of vehicle & non adherence to the
instructions received from MFCL’s authorized department after giving suitable warning for such default.

All Statutory compliance shall be in Service provider’s Scope and MFCL shall be indemnified from any losses on account of accident, road mishaps
etc.

MFCL reserves the right to disqualify any quotation not found complete or submitted in incorrect format. MFCL also reserves the right to call the vendors
