Welcome & Notices……………..…..……..…........................................Mr. Omando Bastian
(Please take your Bulletins home and be guided accordingly)
Opening Hymn …..……………”We’ve A Story To Tell To The Nations ”….........................
1. We’ve a sto-ry to tell to the na-tions,
that shall turn their hearts to the right,
a sto-ry of truth and mer-cy,
a sto-ry of peace and light,
a sto-ry of peace and light.
2. We’ve a song to be sung to the na-tions,
that shall lift their hearts to the Lord,
a song that shall con-quer e-vil
and shat-ter the spear and sword,
and shat-ter the spear and sword.
Refrain:
For the dark-ness shall turn to dawn-ing,
And the dawn-ing to noon-day bright,
And Christ’s great king-dom shall come to earthThe king-dom of love and light.
3. We’ve a mes-sage to give to the na-tions,
that the Lord who reign-eth a-bove
hath sent us his Son to save us,
And show us that God is love,
And show us that God is love.
4. We’ve a Sav-ior to show to the na-tions,
who the path of sor-row hath trod,
that all of the world’s great peo-ples
might come to the truth of God,
might come to the truth of God.
Prayer & Lord’s Prayer.………………….………..…..………………Rev. Charles Sweeting
Children’s Chat………………………………………………………Miss Giavanna Knowles
Offertory Hymn……………”God Of Grace And God Of Glory”………..…….. .…(tune 615)
(During this hymn the Tithes and Offering will be received)
. God of grace and God of glo-ry,
on thy peo-ple pour thy power;
crown thine an-cient church’s sto-ry;
bring her bud to glo-rious flower.
grant us wis-dom, grant us cour-age,
for the fac-ing of this hour,
for the fac-ing of this hour.
2. Lo! the hosts of e-vil round us
scorn thy Christ, as-sail his ways!
Fears and doubts too long have bound us;
free our hearts to work and praise.
grant us wis-dom, grant us cour-age,
for the liv-ing of these days,
for the liv-ing of these days.
3. Cure thy chil-dren’s war-ring mad-ness, 4. Save us from weak re-sig-na-tion
bend our pride to thy con-trol;
to the e-vils we de-plore;
shame our wan-ton, self-ish glad-ness,
let the search for thy sal-va-tion
rich in things and poor in soul.
be our glo-ry ev-er-more.
Grant us wis-dom, grant us cour-age,
Grant us wis-dom, grant us cour-age,
lest we miss thy king-dom’s goal,
serv-ing thee whom we a-dore,
lest we miss thy king-dom’s goal.
serv-ing thee whom we a-dore.
Offertory Prayer..…….……….……………......………………………..Mr. Omando Bastian
1st Scripture Lesson…...….....”Exodus 33 vs. 12-14”……..…......Mr. Cleveland Walker
12 Moses said to the Lord, “You have been telling me, ‘Lead these people,’ but you have not let me know whom
you will send with me. You have said, ‘I know you by name and you have found favor with me.’ 13 If you are
pleased with me, teach me your ways so I may know you and continue to find favor with you. Remember that this
nation is your people.” 14 The Lord replied, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”

CONGREGATION RESPONSE: THANKS BE TO GOD
Hymn……………………”O God Of Every Nation”………………………….(tune 245)
O God of ev-ery na-tion, of ev-ery race and land,
re-deem your whole cre-a-tion with your al-might-y hand;
where hate and fear di-vide us, and bit-ter threats are hurled,
in love and mer-cy guide us, and heal our strife-torn world.
Lord, strength-en all who la-bour that all may find re-lease
from fear of rat-tling sa-ber, from dread of war’s in-crease;
when hope and courage fal-ter, Lord, let your voice be heard;
with faith that none can al-ter, your ser-vants un-der-grid.
Keep bright in us the vi-sion of days when war shall cease,
when ha-tred and di-vi-sion give way to love and peace,
till dawns the morn-ing glo-rious when truth and jus-tice reign,
and Christ shall rule vic-to-rious o’er all the world’s do-main.
2nd Scripture Lesson………”1 Thessalonians 1 vs. 2-7”…..………..Mr. Sanchez Lewis
2 We always thank God for all of you and continually mention you in our prayers. 3 We remember before our God
and Father your work produced by faith, your labor prompted by love, and your endurance inspired by hope in our
Lord Jesus Christ. 4 For we know, brothers and sisters loved by God, that he has chosen you, 5 because our gospel
came to you not simply with words but also with power, with the Holy Spirit and deep conviction. You know how
we lived among you for your sake. 6 You became imitators of us and of the Lord, for you welcomed the message in
the midst of severe suffering with the joy given by the Holy Spirit. 7 And so you became a model to all the believers
in Macedonia and Achaia.
