implementation mechanism of action

Steps to implement the service
1. Submission of the application through web site or smart service.
2. The applicant will receive an email or SMS (if he has an account) and when the status will change
3. The family development department processes the request and then checks the validity of the data provided, in
case failure to provide full information, the application will be rejected.
4. After the success of data validation, will conduct a survey of the site to ensure the quality of the facility. This survey
can be repeated in the case if there was a need to repair the damage.
5. Upon completion of the survey of the site, will require the initial documents submitted and then the final.
6. The license will be issued to the applicant

1. Be citizens of the United Arab Emirates
2. To be family-madeproducts produced (product manual).
3. Card is suspended in the following cases:
 If you wish to withdraw from membership.
 In the case of the use of the card by unauthorized people
 In the case of repeat offenses and bypass laws to participate exhibitions and
training courses (contrary to more than three times).
4. If there is more than one person in a single-family project from the card will be the name of
the person who made the request (with the possibility of the names mentioned in the
registration form)
