WARSAW AND CITY TOUR:
Arrival at Warsaw Chopin Airport. Transfer to Hotel, check in.
WARSAW OLD TOWN TOUR ( duration 3 hours)
During the tour you will be able to see Old Town and The Royal Route. The Old Town is an outstanding example of
the old Warsaw architecture, with beautiful houses, narrow streets and palaces surrounded by the medieval city
walls. Following picturesque tourists route you will see the Presidential Palace, the University of Warsaw and the
Sigmund’s Column. Countless restaurants and cafes invite you to slow down and enjoy the spirit of Warsaw.

Dinner in stylish restaurant which serves traditional Polish cuisine with live music.

WARSAW CITY OF PALACES ( daily trip)

THE ŁAZIENKI ROYAL PARK (with Palace on the Water and the Chopin Monument):
Łazienki Królewskie commonly know as ‘The Baths’ is a Palace-Garden complex and one of the most beautiful
planned area in Warsaw, equally stunning in terms of its greenery and architecture.‘Palace on the Water’ was the
lavish summer residence of the last King of Poland, Stanislaw August Poniatowski. Other important places of the
Łazienki Royal Park : the Roman theatre, the White House pavilion, and Myślewicki Palace.
See the monument of Frederic Chopin, the Water Tower, and the Old Orangery.
THE WILANOW PALACE:
The Palace is one of the most wonderful Polish Baroque architectural monuments. The royal residence was the
property of the greatest Polish monarchs- King John Sobieski III. The current museum which takes up a substantial
portion of the Palace’s interior and a collection of European and Oriental art. The tour leads around the house and
embraces several types of historical gardens: Baroque, English-Chinese, landscape and the magical rose garden.
THE OSTROGOWSKI PALACE (Fryderyk Chopin Museum)
The Museum is the most modern biographical museum in Europe,was founded by prominent representatives of
culture, began to purchase and collect several valuable manuscripts from the composer’s relatives (the world’s
richest and most varied collection of memorabilia related to both Chopin as an individual, and his work).The
collection includes manuscripts and printed copies of Chopin’s works, his correspondence, autographs, notes, works
of art, personal items belonging to the composer and his piano. After visit You will see the Holy Cross Church with
the urn containing the heart of Chopin.

UPRISING IN WARSAW ( duration 5 hours)

JEWISH WARSAW AND UPRISING ROUTE:
A Footbridge of Memory- One of the most recognizable images of the Warsaw Ghetto was connecting the large
and small ghettos. The footbridge is one of Warsaw’s newest memorials. a pair of metal poles connected via optical
fibers which, after the sun sets, project the shape of the footbridge over the road via light.
Bródno Jewish Cemetery-Traditionally the burial ground of Warsaw’s poorer Jews, this is the oldest Jewish
cemetery in the city.
I Can Still See Their Faces- ‘I ciągle widzę ich twarze’project- A gigant photos hanging outside the tenement on
ul. Próżna 14 that depict members of the disappeared Jewish community.
Jewish Historical Institute- The only institution in Poland focusing on history and culture of the Polish Jews.
Miła 18- A grass mound and monument from where the Ghetto Uprising was lead.
Monument to the Ghetto Heroes-The monument pays tribute to the heroes of the Ghetto Uprising of 1943.
Nożyk Synagogue- This was the only Warsaw synagogue to survive the ravages of war.
Okopowa Street Jewish Cemetery-A beautiful and poignant place to visit.
POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews- The location of the museum is particularly relevant as the
Muranów district was mainly occupied by the Jewish community in the interwar period and during World War II it
became the site of the Warsaw Ghetto.
The Korczak Orphanage- Warsaw-born Korczak Polish-Jewish children’s author, paediatrician and pedagogue.
Korczak ran the orphanage. Korczak himself died in Treblinka in 1942.
Traces of the Ghetto- A commemorative plaque. The route has seen the boundary of the former Ghetto outlined on
pavements.
Umschlagplatz- Umschlagplatz is a bleak, slightly disappointing monument marking the spot where around 300,000
Jews were loaded on cattle wagons bound for Treblinka.
Willy Brandt Statue- A monument commemorating the ‘kniefall’, spontaneous gesture of German Chancellor
Willy Brandt in front of Warsaw’s Monument to the Ghetto Heroes.
WARSAW UPRISING 44’ ROUTE: ( duration 3 hours)
Warsaw Uprising Cemetery- Approximately 40,000 participants in the ’44 Uprising are buried here, their resting
places marked with wood graves and red and white sashes.
Warsaw Uprising Museum- one of Poland’s best museums. Packed with interactive displays, photographs, video
footage and miscellaneous exhibits. Different halls focus on the many aspects of the Uprising.
Dinner at the Old town. Overnight stay in Warsaw.
4 Day
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Check out and depart to the Warsaw Chopin Airport.
