EXHIBITORS, SUPERINTENDENTS & JUDGES: Judges should look for originality. Consideration should be
given to effort and time expended and workmanship. Commercial articles requiring little talent, skill or
effort should be disqualified. Exhibits should be grouped as closely as possible by age in each lot. The
exhibits should indicate some education value, creativity and craftsmanship.
