Pre-registration is required. To pre-register select desired class & complete/submit this form with a $150 money order 2-3 weeks in
advance.
Classes must be completed in the sequence posted in schedule; MISS ONE CLASS BEGIN SEQUENCE AGAIN
Classes CANNOT be scheduled by phone - WALK-INS are NOT permitted at any class
Refunds are prohibited by state law—Class must be completed within 6 months of payment
Level 1 DASEP completion = completing a Level 1 class – 12 hours (2-3 sessions)
Level 2 DASEP completion = completing a current Level 1 class plus the Level 2 supplement (usually 4 sessions)
Underage (-21) MIP/DUI/DWI=completion of the Underage class 12 hours (2 - 3 sessions)

If you received your offense in Arkansas, but not in northeast Arkansas, a referral from the local DASEP is required.
If you received your offense out-of-state, completion of the-out-of-state waiver is required
If you received your offense in Missouri and live in Arkansas, your evaluation must be done before acceptance in a program.
