The paper size should be set to Letter . The margins of the page should be set as indicated below:

When you want to insert figures (Fig 1) or diagrams on the paper you should set the width of the figures up to equal to the width of the column (7.79cm). If you need to have a figure in bigger dimensions then you should place it on the top or bottom of the page using a layout of 1 column (Fig.2)
The figures should have resolution of at least
300dpi . Please provide all the files of figures included in your paper separately as well in a .jpg
format. All the figures and diagrams must be bordered with a black colored line with a width of
