*Boys & Girls Tween/Teen Class will be a 10 week session. Session 1 - Sept. 11-Nov. 13. Session 2 - Nov. 20-Feb. 12.
Arrival and Dismissal:




Participants report to the gymnastics waiting area at the start time of their class. Coaches will call their
class into the gym. Participants will take off their socks, shoes and jackets and place them in the cubbies.
Please make sure you take off their jewelry and you collect personal belongings before the start time of
the class. These items should not be left in the cubbies.
Parents/Guardians in the Mom/Dad and Me class must stay with their children throughout the class. All
other classes are non-parent classes and parents must wait in the viewing area.
At the end of your class please be ready to pick up your child from the viewing area.
Cancellations/Make ups




Please make sure you are registered with the correct email and phone number. We will notify you of any
cancellations or changes through email.

o If you are already registered for a class, enter your email address you gave us and you will be
asked to set up your password
o If you are not registered for a class, follow the sign up steps on this web page
In case classes need to be cancelled on our end, a make up class will be scheduled.
We allow 3 make up classes within the semester you are registered for. Please check with the
gymnastics front desk for availability and to schedule your make up. We do not offer refunds for missed
classes. MAKE UP CLASSES ARE NOT ALLOWED THE LAST WEEK OF CLASS.
Refunds - Requests for refunds (not including a $50 processing fee, membership fee, and any classes up to the
date of cancellation) must be in writing.
