 Make a mentor of active sister to each MC head to help
fundraiser, philanthropy etc.
 Actives stay to help with MC’s
 Enforcing to come up with ideas much sooner
 Come up with ideas and bring it to interview
o Not being judged on ideas
o Amount of sisterhood events

o Better Planning with MC Class
o Limit Chitter Chatter and Jokes during Meetings
 No Phones or Electronics
o Respond to emails over summer

o Make Facebook groups for Events: Liz can do this
o Send email notifications to those not on Facebook
o Running Google Calendar: Shannon
o Over the Summer, Plan Dates
 Exec Board give dates and tell committees to plan events on
that day
 Make dates on retreat, or give each a week
o Send all emails to sigmaalphapresident account first
o All Absences MUST go through secretary
o Remember that whatever you do and say comes back to Sigma Alpha
