KNOCKOUT SECTION KNOCKOUT: All Divisions ROUND 1: To be played no later than Friday, 31st July ROUND 2: To be played no later than Friday, 14th August ROUND 3: To be played no later than Friday, 28th August SEMI FINALS {Nth and Sth}: Seniors/Juniors Tuesday 8th September SHEILD SEMI FINALS Seniors/Juniors By Wed 9th September GIRLS FINALS Will be played on Tuesday 15th September BOYS FINALS Will be played on Wednesday 16th September INFORMATION ON KNOCKOUT DRAW JUNIOR GIRLS: At the conclusion of the round robin section the best 27 teams, plus the 5 ASSP schools will qualify for the Knockout finals. JUNIOR BOYS: At the conclusion of the Round Robin section the 1st and 2nd placed teams, eight best 3rd place and the five ASSP schools will qualify for the knockout finals. SENIOR GIRLS: At the conclusion of the round robin section the best 26 teams out of the groups (1 st, 2nd and the Four best 3rd places), plus the 5 ASSP schools will qualify for the Knockout finals. SENIOR BOYS At the conclusion of the Round Robin section the 1st and best twelve 2nd placed teams and the five ASSP schools will qualify for the knockout finals. INFORMATION ON SHIELD Teams who lose in the Quarter-Final stage of the Champion Schools Competition move into a North/South Semi-Final of the SHIELD competition. These games will be played at a home team venue. The Coordinator will draw out of a hat to decide which team is home. All girls finals will be played on TUESDAY 15th SEPTEMBER and All boys finals will be played on WEDNESDAY 16th SEPTEMBER. SHIELD FINALS WILL COMMENCE AT 10am with GRAND FINALS FINISHING APPROXIMATELY 9pm ON BOTH DAYS – VENUE TBC. Please add this to your school calendars.
