Introduction
In the following WebQuest, you will use the power of the internet to learn about some
famous scientist who were directly involved in the history of the microscope and the cell
theory that you need to know for Biology. There are a total of 36 questions.
Task
You will use the links provided as well as other resources (book, class notes, library,
etc) to become engaged with information about each scientist.
Plagarism of ANY kind will earn you a ZERO! Make sure your project is your own work
and is original and creative! Working together does not mean copying and pasting from
each others files!
*Please note if you have microsoft 2007, you MUST save your word document as a 972003 file!!!
Process
Read the complete webquest FIRST!

.docx nor microsoft works nor notepad software)]**
You will turn in a paper to me that includes both the questions and answers. *You may
email this paper-however all emailed papers are due 2 full days before the hardcopy
turn in date* You use the links below each set of questions to find the answers, sort of
like a scavenger hunt. If you have questions-ask early, DO NOT wait until the last
couple of days before it is due!

Use the internet links I have provided for you in order to answer the questions listed. Be
creative in exploring the information so that you can answer these questions as fully and
insightfully as you can. Your paper must not look like any other student's paper-even if
you work together!

What to do?
1. FIRST read through the websites linked to each set of questions.
2. Copy the questions by dragging your mouse across them and copying/pasting it into
a word processor (preferable Microsoft Word 97-2003).
3. Answer the questions using the links provided under each set of questions, add
creativity (font, color, pics, etc.) Make sure your answers do not look anything like
anyone elses!
4. Add a cover page (5 points) that includes your name, date and class period.
5. Print it out and place in a binder/folder (5 points) and turn it in!!
*If you choose to email it, you must set up a time before or after school to get this
printed off my computer, place in order and place in binder to turn in-again emailed
projects will NOT be taken after the 2 days prior to due date. Emailed projects are due 2
days before the in class due date!! This is to ensure fairness for all dealing with any
technology difficulties!
