Course Description
Algebra III will provide a review and extension of the topics found in Algebra II. Using algebra
investigations and projects, students will gain understanding in topics necessary to show proficiency in
high school mathematics. Some of these include: periodic functions, recursion, analytic geometry, and
beginning trigonometry. This course addresses Whitman-Hanson Student Learning Expectations 1-6.
