Disadvantaged children can have the opportunity to experience all the fun and
excitement of the inaugural Bandaged Bear’s Big Day Out at Luna Park
this
September,
Donors can buy a ticket for a disadvantaged child or family to attend through The
Children’s Hospital at Westmead’s Charity Ticket Drive. This support will make twice
the difference – not only can a child attend, but proceeds from the ticket sales go
towards raising the essential funds needed to continue providing sick children with
the highest quality of care.
Families who would otherwise be unable to attend can look forward to enjoying a
care-free day out complete with unlimited access to all Luna Park rides, an exclusive
concert hosted by Nathan and Candice from Saturday Disney in the Big Top
Auditorium as well as a wide range of wonderful activities including the iconic Bear
Clinic, Reptile Park, KindiFarm plus much more.
Charity Ticket Drive tickets are distributed to a number of children’s charities
including Ronald McDonald House, The Starlight Children’s Foundation, Camp
Quality, The Smith Family, Barnardos and Youth Off the Street – just to name a few.
Bandaged Bear’s Big Day Out will be held on Sunday, 9 th September with the fun
running from 10am right through to 6pm.
