2) For the golfing fanatics - For 23 years, Cottonwood Golf & Country Club has provided a
superb golf facility for golfers of all skill levels. Situated along the picturesque Bow

enjoyable country setting only minutes from Calgary. Cottonwood Golf and Country
Club has proudly offered their corporate golf package for 8 which includes group

2) Robert Mondavi, was a true wine-making legend, has died this past week at the
age of 94. He was well known for revolutionizing the California wine industry by
crafting wines that could rival Europe's best in the early days of the California
wine scene. Specifically, he introduced the European concept of aging wine in
small oak casks, dramatically improving both the flavor and presence of his
esteemed California wines. This years silent auction will feature two magnums of
Robert Mondavi Magnum wines with the bottles containing etches of Don Joanne
and the Coach.
3) Sirocco Golf Club is semi private, 18 Hole Championship golf course located just
minutes South of Calgary. Sirocco is open to the public and has proudly donated
golf for 4 plus carts at the Sirocco Golf Club
4) Benzing Charlebois Furs, have been providing Calgary with beautiful furs for over
70 years. They carry exclusive names such as Zuki, Musi and Paula Lishman. They
also provide many of their own unique designs and are pleased to donate a fur

7) The Turner Valley Golf Club dates back to 1930, when it was created by the
employees of Royalite Oil, the company that was responsible for the development
of local oil reserves. Originally a 9-hole course with sand greens, the Turner Valley
Golf Club now boasts an 18-hole layout that spans between 4712 and 6506 yards,
depending on which of the 4 tee options you choose to fit your game.The course
is characterized by its challenging and tree-lined fairways with small, well
protected greens, all amongst breathtaking views in the shadows of the Rocky

9) Artist Virginia Edwards was born in England and came to Canada in 1964. Ginny's
work has been shown in many exhibitions in Ontario and Alberta since 1983.
Ginny paints landscapes, flowers and portraits in oils, acrylic and watercolour.
She likes to capture the outdoors on canvas, either in the wilderness, mountains,
by lakes or enjoying wild flowers and she enjoys colour! – one large sized piece
