Bertazzoni Unveils Largest Induction Product Line-Up in North America
New induction ranges and cooktops enhance existing line of fast, efficient and easy-to-clean
appliances
REGGIO-EMILIA, ITALY – Bertazzoni, the world’s oldest family-owned manufacturer of cooking
appliances, today announced its new induction range and cooktop lineup into the North American market.
The line-up includes a new Professional Series 30” Induction Range available in stainless steel and a
total of 6 colors, a new Master Series 30” Induction Range and two touch control Induction built-in
cooktops. With the announcement of these new products, Bertazzoni now offers the largest selection of
induction cooking appliances in North America.
Induction technology generates an immediate and highly responsive level of temperature transfer from
the heating zone to the food. Controlled via an LCD interface and activated at the moment of contact
between the cookware and the cooking surface, induction is enormously user friendly and best in class
for energy efficiency. Induction cooking achieves up to 90 percent energy efficiency, compared to
conventional electricity fueled ranges, which achieve merely 40 percent efficiency. While induction ranges
have historically come with a high price tag, Bertazzoni is the first in the category of Designer
Professional cooking products to offer its suite of induction models at a more affordable price.

Fast, Energy Efficient, Sleek New Bertazzoni Appliances
Bertazzoni today introduced several new induction products, which will be on display, along with recentlyreleased products in its high-quality appliance line.



Bertazzoni Professional & Master Series Induction Ranges. Available in 10 new SKUs, these
new 30-inch ranges will feature two product tiers – manual and self-clean – both offering four
induction cooking zones and nine different cooking functions. Both the Professional and Master
Series Induction Ranges will be available in stainless steel, and the Professional Series self-clean
model will also be available in Bertazzoni’s range of six stunning colors inspired by the foods of
the Emilia-Romagna region where Bertazzoni manufactures all of its products.
Bertazzoni Design Series Induction Cooktops. Available in 30-inch and 36-inch models, this
Bertazzoni touch control induction cooktop provides the fastest and most energy-efficient way of
cooking. Thanks to an innovative booster function, the full energy becomes available
instantaneously and is delivered directly to the cookware, thus eliminating inconvenient heat-up
time. This Bertazzoni Design Series cooktop features four individually controlled induction heating
zones and a beveled black glass ceramic main top. These new cooktops complete the company’s
highly popular dual fuel induction cooktops (another industry first), offering gas and induction or
gas, induction and electric griddle cooktops in one chassis.
Bertazzoni Professional Series Speed Oven. The advanced built-in speed oven combines a
convection oven, microwave oven and broiler into one sleek appliance to ensure cooking
precision while reducing cooking time up to 50 percent without any comprises in aroma, flavors
and taste. Adhering to Bertazzoni’s commitment to green practices, the new Speed Oven
requires no preheating time resulting in substantial energy savings and reduced cooking time.
