Honorary Secretary 2015
Following the recent request to members for nominations for Honorary Secretary, I should like to
inform members that one eligible nomination has been received. The candidate is named below
and the candidate’s personal statement can be accessed by following the link:

Members are now invited to consider the candidate and return the ballot paper marking an X
against the name if they support the candidate’s appointment.
MEMBERSHIP NUMBER OF PERSON VOTING:
The membership number of the person voting is an absolute requirement and if not included
will invalidate the vote.
Please note this ballot will be deemed invalid if not completed in accordance with the
instructions.
Members may vote by email by returning this ballot paper (as an attachment) to
voting@thecdi.net duly completed in accordance with the instructions.
The closing date for the return of ballot papers is 1700 Friday 9th October 2015.

Members are entitled to only one electronic vote.
The President will scrutinise the count and will inform the membership of the CDI of the outcome
of the ballot week commencing Monday 12th October 2015 .
