Australian Sustainable Cities Awards 2016
Western Australian Submission Form
Congratulations on registering for Keep Australia Beautiful’s iconic Sustainable Cities award program!
In the lead up to the call for nominations for the 2016 Australian Sustainable Cities Awards, this
submission will be used to inform a panel of judges to shortlist three potential candidates to
represent Western Australia.
Those shortlisted will be visited by a state judge and a submission (very similar to this one) will then
need to be completed to inform the national judge’s visit.
This form gives you an opportunity to highlight your best projects and initiatives in each award
category. Please provide up to 400 words, in either bullet point or full sentence format, in each of the
categories below. Information exceeding this limit may not be considered. Each category is worth 100
points.
You may attach up to 4 high quality images per category to support your submission. If you attach
supporting documents please ensure they are in JPEG format and annotated and referenced in the 400
words written for the related category.
Please submit this form, photos, any supporting documents for the judge’s visit via email to
sustainablecities@kabc.wa.gov.au by 1 May 2016. The deadline is the same if you decide to post it to
Keep Australia Beautiful (WA), Locked Bag 33, Cloisters Square, 6850. Please telephone the awards
team on 6467 5131 or 6467 5132 if you need assistance.
